Herzlich Willkommen!

In dieser Galerie sind Bilder zu sehen, die seit Oktober 2004 entstanden sind. Ich arbeite mit den Elementen Licht, Bewegung, Zeit, Farbe und Form. Die Formen und Farben, die mich anziehen, finde ich momentan in der Natur. Das Licht spendet die Sonne, die Bewegung kommt von mir oder durch andere physikalische Gegebenheiten - die Zeit ist relativ. Die Technik des Aufnahmevorgangs steht für mich nicht im Vordergrund. Mein Ziel ist die Bildgestaltung mit dem Druck auf den Auslöser abzuschließen. Die Bilder werden nicht mehr digital bearbeitet - sie kommen direkt aus der Kamera.

Ich möchte hier einige frühe Ergebnisse zeigen und hoffe auf Resonanz. 2005 bis 2008 habe ich durch alle Jahreszeiten hindurch ca. 16000 vorzeigbare Bilder aufgenommen, davon liegt eine Auswahl von ca. 1500 als Prints vor.

Nachschlag zur Technik: Alle Bilder haben im Original 2288 x 1712 Pixel (80,72 x 60,4cm), 72 dpi und 24 Bittiefe. An dieser Stelle habe ich mich für eine Auflösung von 709 x 530 Pixel (25,1 x 18,7cm) entschieden.

Welcome!

LICHTBILDER is a German conception, composed by LICHT=LIGHT and BILDER=PICTURES. In this gallery, you can have a look at the pictures I took since October 2004. The elements I worked with are light, movement, time, colour and form. The forms and colours I prefer at present are found in nature. The light comes by the sun, the movement by myself or from other physical basics - time is relative. The technique itself wasn’t my focus, I rather try to achieve the design by releasing the shutter. There’s no digital editing, the pictures speak for themselves, they are coming directly out of the camera.

In the following I present some early results. 2005 to 2008 I shot during the seasons about 16000 presentable pictures, 1500 are printed to show.
